Status
Shows if the broadcast is ready, running, complete, cancelled, or unconfirmed.
-
Ready broadcasts have been setup and are ready to run. You will probably only see this status if you have scheduled your broadcast to run in the future. Otherwise, the status will quickly switch to running.
-
Running broadcasts have faxes that are either being sent, are waiting to be sent. When your broadcast first starts, we'll be sending lots of faxes for you. However, after we've tries sending all the faxes, any that didn't go through will be automatically retried. There is a delay between attempts, so at that point most of your faxes will be waiting to be retried. While the event is running, you can look at the current number of faxes sent and not sent, but the numbers will continue to change as we reattempt to send your faxes.
-
Complete broadcasts have finished. If you requested a report, you should receive it soon. The statuses listed on website are final.
-
Cancelled broadcasts were ready to run, and may have even started running, but the broadcast
was manually stopped before all faxes had a chance to be sent.
You can look at the event detail to determine if any faxes were sent before the broadcast
was cancelled.
-
Unconfirmed broadcasts are ones that you setup, but never confirmed that they should be started. If you wish, you can select one and you'll have the options to either confirm it should be started or to cancel it and remove it from the list of broadcasts.
